In the Balayogi Auditorium of the Parliament House, during the program organized by B.I.T.O, on the occasion of the 78th birth anniversary of the revered Padma Bhushan awardee Shri Ram Vilas Paswan and Bihar Asmita Day, prominent individuals who have enhanced the pride of Bihar and given a new identity to Bihari dignity in various fields in the country and abroad were honored with the 'Bihar Gaurav - Bihar Asmita' award.
